LOCTITE® SUPERBOND POWER GEL is a one-component, liquid instant adhesive.

It is intended for home use and forms a strong bond between many common materials. The non-drip formula allows the glue to be used on vertical or overhead surfaces. It is ideal for bonding materials such as plastics, rubber, metals, wood, ceramics, leather, textiles, cardboard, and paper.

LOCTITE® SUPERBOND POWER GEL is impact-resistant and is perfectly suited for applications where some flexibility is required.

The product is designed to allow some repositioning time when forming a bond. SUPERBOND POWER GEL is water-resistant according to the EN204-3 standard for wood adhesives but is not suitable for permanent moisture exposure.

Bonding speed: Initial adhesion occurs in 10 to 30 seconds, depending on the substrate.

Bond strength (ISO 4587): 15 to 25 N/mm2 (tensile-shear) in 12 to 24 hours, depending on the substrate. It is water-resistant according to the EN204-D3 standard, ceramic bonds can withstand > 50 dishwasher cycles (under controlled laboratory conditions).
